Got tired of hearing about how awesome the weather and sunshine was in their part of the country.
Took 4 IPA beers and holding it long enough to use all the pee at once.

I almost had to wear a light sweater this morning, but I sucked it up and left it at home.
If it makes you fell any better, we're getting some light rain tomorrow and it will get into the high 60s. Brrrrr!!

You don't have to pay our mortgages.

You know, I've always kind of wondered how anyone in SoCal can afford a house. I presume most people aren't making 200k a year, so how do you afford a house that isn't a total shithole?

Median price of a home in Los Angeles is $378,390. So for an average mortgage for that you need to make around $70k a year.

I usually go with: I CAN DRINK ALL OF THIS!

I live in a total shithole. That I rent. :(

If it wasn't for the home prices, taxes, fuel cost, the fact that I don't speak Spanish, gun laws, then yeah I'd like to live in Cali

If you're like me you over-extend and do a lot of staycations ;)
But my house has doubled in value since I bought it in 2010, so there's that.

There is no way I could by my house today. It has appreciated 188% in value since I bought it at the end of 2010, if you believe Zillow's "Zestimate" algorithm. I don't in our case, but I'm sure it's worth roughly double what we paid today. California may be expensive but you can't beat the upside you can enjoy if your timing is good.
